AC Redevelopment

This site is a key element in this neighborhood and our goal is to maintain and build on that sense of community. As part of the redevelopment, we plan on incorporating a residential community with opportunities to continue the onsite non-profit organizations, park improvements, public art, trails with improved connections across the site, new exterior public spaces, a day care center, and the planned Alternative Learning Center. The development will include 420 apartment homes, 13 Townhome Units, pool and outdoor amenity spaces as well as 3,500 sqft of Live/work spaces.
