A student housing complex serving the College Station student body, Berkeley House features residences with hardwood floors and durable surfaces, a fully equipped fitness center capped by a resort style pool and courtyard with communal amenities. The building design features vertical massing elements that push and pull the length of the facade. Metal awnings adorn the projecting masses while functioning as a shading device.
