This gateway mixed-use, multifamily project is located on 6th street in Downtown Austin, Texas. The design breaks down the building mass into smaller components with special attention to the pedestrian scale to maximize visual and physical connectivity to the pedestrian realm. The development includes a 5-story building with 115 apartment homes, below grade parking garage, a courtyard with a pool, several indoor amenity spaces, as well as retail shops.
