Derby

Located in the downtown area of Phoenix Arizona, this mixed-use project extends the Phoenix high-rise landscape to the north. The building’s massing is articulated by a primary vertical band that turns 90-degrees to define the top floor amenity spaces. The  facade design is filled in with glazing and horizontal copper metallic banding groups that are interrupted by tan vertical stucco bands and perforated metal paneling to screen the garage. This glowing copper tower reflects the desert sunset as it sets on the horizon.
