Gables Pressler

Located just down the block from Gables 5th Street Commons, Gables  Pressler is a contemporary infill development with 180 residences  ranging from 650 to 2,000 square feet. Four stories of residences are  set above 20,000 square feet of ground floor neighborhood retail built  around a parking garage. A refined palette of Austin stone, brick,  stucco and metal breaks up the exterior and creates a neighborhood  friendly scaled development. This project utilized a workshop approach  to meet the desires of the neighborhood and the client's goals. A sunset  garden on the top floor maximizes views and allows residents amazing  views of Texas sunsets.
