Lakeway

A 386-unit project located on Lake Travis establishes one of the first largescale multi-family housing projects in the area, and it’s designed to use materials that reflect its surroundings. With the fantastic views of the lake, the design also prioritized the design of a large outdoor terrace with multiple amenities to enhance users experience of the lake views. Lakeway is a 5-story wrap style development off 620 North and provides a large roof terrace and pool deck, several outdoor courtyards, nature trails, a parking garage, as well as many indoor amenities.
