Novus 3G

This project is in the prominent intersection of Rural Road and 6th Street. The Arizona landscape is referenced in this building design from its elevated material palette with metallic accents to the earthy tones. The building’s large mass is broken up by residential bays and playfully screened open staircases. A double height “porch” interfaces with the cities urban realm and receives residents and visitors into the project. 333 units are stacked within this podium project featuring quiet amenities that gradate into a jewel-box resort style pool and spa amenity that overlooks towards the western landscape. This project is the second along with Vero within the Novus Innovation Corridor and the first to kick off the new project additions within this development.
