Vela

Located on the north side of Tempe just across from Arizona State University, the Vela Apartment project draws influences from Tempe Town Lake and the local marina to seamlessly blend with the Arizona landscape. The pool courtyard visually brings the lake into the project by its location directly off Tempe Town Lake. The project densifies as it approaches the lake, capitalizing on views.
