Vero

 A part of the Novus Innovation Corridor within Arizona State University , Vero enhances Tempe’s emerging spirit by merging contemporary style with convenience, offering a living experience that balances technology with personal touch. With 199 units at 580 average square feet, this project references the Arizona landscape through the blue tile to the burnished block. A series of metallic boxes hover over a continuous horizontal datum that is imitated by the continuity of the balconies that wrap throughout the project.
