Located in the Historical Windsor Park Neighborhood, Windsor Village is a 287-unit development designed to reflect its context using repetitive sloped roof elements, referencing local materials such as board and batten, muted color tones, and stone. Retail and Leasing elevations are designed with a modern take in order to highlight the change in interaction with the street level and public and emphasizing linear elements across the façade. As part of the development, updates to the original 1960’s era Beall’s retail space and the addition of new retail spaces both on Berkman Drive and Westminster are meant to maintain the original function of the site so the project making the addition of this community an enhancement to the area. The project contains multiple indoor amenities, courtyards, pool, rain garden paseo, street level retail, parking garage, and private parking garages.
