Windsor Village Retail

Located in Historical Windsor Park, the incorporation of retail spaces was an important goal for the Transwestern team to build up the community and maintain the original use of the site. In the interest of keeping the buildings from the original development the team pursued the renovation of existing spaces which uncovered some of the original architectural elements and a 14,980 sqft viable commercial space. The architectural elements becoming a major influcence on the new retail space designed to reflect the language of the original mid-century modern design and be a unique and new opportunity for businesses to occupy the new Windsor Village development and be a part of the community with 3,150 sqft and an outdoor patio.
